Simple Scheduling and Powerful CalculationsSimple scheduling allows for flexibility of scanning the desired area of a plate along with defining the time course and number of scans. With the VTI Live module installed, the ArrayScan VTI HCS Reader has the ability to calculate kinetic features on any output feature. In addition, motility features track live cells over an extended time course and report features such as persistence, acceleration, and directionality on a cell-by-cell or well-by-well level. Cell Tracking The most biologically relevant way to perform live-cell HCS is to track each individual cell over your desired time course. Quantitative measurements can be made on cells that are fully tracked throughout the time course. Additional Live-Cell Chamber Features- Sub-second imaging frequency
